Our Duport All track Farmer is a solid, lightly constructed machine. This slurry injector is very suitable for areas where only the lightest machine is good enough. The Duport All Track Farmer is available in working widths from 4.40 to 8.00 metres and is constructed to be very maintenance friendly.
For a good cross distribution of the manure over the working width, Duport assembles a high quality distributor of its own design / construction. This distributor excels in good cross distribution and is equipped with a unique system so that manure can never get into the hydraulic oil. Because the manure flows through the rotor instead of directly into the distributor, a dosage of 8 to 80 m3/ha can be spread continuously. Due to the centrifugal force of the rotor, each outlet receives the same amount of manure.
In addition, two seals are fitted as standard to protect the hydraulic motor of the distributor. If these seals were to wear out or break down, slurry would normally get into the hydraulic oil. Duport prevents this by fitting a deflector plate / hub. This makes the manure run outside instead of into the hydraulic oil. This also makes it easy to recognise when the seals needs to be replaced.
The Duport All Track Farmer is a machine with which the same fertilising results can be achieved as with the professional (contractor) machines. A large part of the components which are mounted in the contractor machines, we also use for the Farmer slurry injectors. The 3-part disc with a diameter of 305 mm creates a good cutting quality so that the manure can be injected well at the root.
The All Track Farmer is standard mechanically closed for a simple, less fault-sensitive system. Hydraulic valves for example in cereal fields are optional for these machines. Due to the 3-piece disc, the maintenance costs of this machine are low. The flat cutting disc wears out sooner than the convex disc. Therefore, only the flat cutting disc needs to be replaced.
In order to be able to properly absorb unevenness in the soil, each element is standard fitted with a pressure spring. In addition, the advantage of this pressure spring is that no hydraulic spring cylinders need to be installed.
As a result, enormous pressure can be exerted with the linkage of the tanker/self-propelled machine without damaging the slurry injector.
Another advantage is that this system is fully mechanical. So no extra hydraulic hoses or cylinders that form an extra risk of leaks and/or failures. A simple system and that means less maintenance.

This spring, dairy farm Praas not only replaced the Duport slurry injector for an entirely new one, they also traded in the Duport pump tanker that had been in use up to that point with a capacity of 10,000 liters. The new Duport pump tanker has a capacity of 12,500 liters and is fitted with an 8'' upright suction arm. Behind it is the new Duport All Track Farmer DW6834 slurry injector.
This slurry injector is super advanced and stands far above competing machines, the slits are almost invisible and the work is now faster and more accurate''.
