Our Duport All Track profi is a solid machine with low maintenance costs. This slurry injector is available in working widths from 5.80 to 15.00 metres.

Duport distributor - excellent cross distribution

For a good cross distribution of the manure over the working width, Duport assembles a high quality distributor of its own design / construction. This distributor excels in good cross distribution and is equipped with a unique system so that manure can never get into the hydraulic oil. Because the manure flows through the rotor instead of directly into the distributor, a dosage of 8 to 80 m3/ha can be spread continuously. Due to the centrifugal force of the rotor, each outlet receives the same amount of manure. In addition, two seals are fitted as standard to protect the hydraulic motor of the distributor. If these seals were to wear out or break down, slurry would normally get into the hydraulic oil. Duport prevents this by fitting a deflector plate / hub. This makes the manure run outside instead of into the hydraulic oil. This also makes it easy to recognise when the seals needs to be replaced.

Low maintenance costs

The Duport All Track excels in high fertilisation quality in combination with low maintenance costs. The thick discs of 5 mm (flat) and 8 mm (convex disc) ensure a high service life of the machine. Because of the 3-part disc, the maintenance costs of this machine are low. The flat cutting disc wears out sooner than the convex disc. Therefore only the flat cutting disc needs to be replaced. Optional with the Duport All Track is automatic grease lubrication. This is recommended when the machine is used more intensively, so that the bearings and pivot are provided with sufficient lubrication at all times. This increases the service life of the bearings and also ensures less downtime. The driver only has to keep an eye on the reservoir. Duport also fits black, rubber fertilizer hoses from the distributor to the outlets as standard. The advantage of a rubber compared to a PVC hose is that it is more flexible and has less chance of cracking (due to the influence of the sun, among other things).

Reduced chance of blockage by hose support

On all types of slurry injectors Duport mounts a black, rubber hose as standard. The diameter of this hose is 50mm to make sure that high doses are possible and to reduce blockages as much as possible. In addition, the fertiliser hose is made of one length from the distributor to the outlet. This reduces blockages to a minimum. To still get a good guidance (and movement space) of the hoses, Duport mounts a PE clamping block which guides the hose well to the outlet.
