The Duport Dominator is a slurry injector that is suitable for placing behind machines with a high capacity, think of self-propelled machines and high-capacity tanks.
The Duport Dominator is equipped with a very robust frame that can certainly handle these powers.
In addition, the element is also equipped with a spring with dimensions of 35 x 35mm!
By means of the quick-change system, the chisels can be quickly replaced when worn out. This prevents unnecessary downtime with the machine.
For a good cross distribution of the manure over the working width, Duport assembles a high quality distributor of its own design / construction. This distributor excels in good cross distribution and is equipped with a unique system so that manure can never get into the hydraulic oil. Because the manure flows through the rotor instead of directly into the distributor, a dosage of 8 to 80 m3/ha can be spread continuously. Due to the centrifugal force of the rotor, each outlet receives the same amount of manure.
In addition, two seals are fitted as standard to protect the hydraulic motor of the distributor. If these seals were to wear out or break down, slurry would normally get into the hydraulic oil. Duport prevents this by fitting a deflector plate / hub. This makes the manure run outside instead of into the hydraulic oil. This also makes it easy to recognise when the seals needs to be replaced.
The Duport Dominator is equipped with a 3-row beam with spring loaded tines. This makes the slurry injector very suitable for both light soils and heavy, stony soils. Because of the 3 rows of tines there is a clearance of up to 75 cm between them! This has the advantage that the fertilizer spreader is very suitable for fertilizing soils with a lot of crop residues. The large passage prevents blockages of crop residues between the tines.
The drag tines behind the spring loaded tines ensure a flat fertilizing result. After which the large, robust spring roller presses down on the ground and leaves behind a nice, flat fertilizing result.
